Welcome to a fantastic evening

Dinner tickets are now sold out! But there are still some entrance tickets left. Book today not to miss out on a top notch evening!

We want to welcome all Saab Club members, Saab enthusiasts and Saab employees, to one of the real highlights of the Saab Festival - the Festival Dinner. A Mille Miglia-inspired festival dinner that have glanced at Saabs participation in this years edition of this glorious event. Just to finish in this extreme race is a challange and we will learn more about Jan-Åke Jonssons and Victor Mullers experiences in the race during the evening. Our entertaining conferencier will guide you thru the evening amongst all the Saab celebreties invited for the dinner.

Saab 96 50th anniversary
Naturally, we have invited a lot of the great Saab celebreties, both the ones capable of telling stories from the past, and the ones giving you the visions of the future. Another star of the night is of course the Saab 96 - the car put Saab on the international map and that took Erik ‘Mr Saab’ Carlsson to the first of a hat-trick of RAC Rally victories in 1960. A car model so popular it was in production for 20 years! An achievment really worth celebrating.

Prize ceremony
During the evening we will also conduct the prize ceremony for the winners from the car exhibition earlier, and the winner will be brought up on stage to recieve their prizes.

Mille Miglia inspired dinner
The dinner itself will be a sit-down Mille Miglia inspired buffé with a menu composed from a palette of tastful dishes like pastrami smoked salmon with lime and basil sauce, thin sliced loin of pork marinated with italian herbs and lemon. Salad with cocktail tomatoes and mozzarella cheese, mushroom salad with fennel, sage and savoy cabbage, peperonata - red pepper salad with onion and plum tomatoes, rocket salad and cos lettuce with grated parmesan cheese, lemon and honey and foccacia with olives, rosemary and sea salt. For dessert we will have a delightful chocolate truffle cake and tasteful swedish coffee.

To your food you will have the choice of one glass of wine or a bottle of beer. Bars where you can buy supplementary drinks and avec will be open all night. (Naturally it's not allowed to bring your own alcohol into the premises.)

The Festival Dinner will be held at the same premises as the anniversary dinner in 2007. The building is now totaly restored and the Festival Dinner is the first event held in the building since the restoration.
